L’Officina <\/strong>is the signature restaurant of Winter Garden Hotel<\/strong>, a four-star property located just a few minutes from Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport. We operate in a dynamic and well-structured environment, distinguished by a carefully curated culinary offering and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.<\/p>

To strengthen our front-of-house team, we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (Vice Maitre) <\/strong>to support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operational management of the restaurant, actively contributing to service excellence and team coordination.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing service operations and dining room organization, taking on increasing responsibilities and contributing directly to the smooth running of daily activities.<\/p>

  • Support the organization and coordination of front-of-house operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high service standards;<\/li>
  • Supervise mise en place and service delivery, providing hands-on operational support when required;<\/li>
  • Welcome and assist guests, building positive relationships and enhancing the overall guest experience;<\/li>
  • Present and promote the restaurant’s culinary offerings, guiding guests through menu selections;<\/li>
  • Coordinate the dining room team in close collaboration with the kitchen and bar teams;<\/li>
  • Support staff supervision and daily team management, fostering a professional and collaborative working environment;<\/li>
  • Participate, when required, in the finishing and presentation of selected dishes.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Previous experience in a similar role, or as a Chef de Rang with supervisory responsibilities, preferably within structured hospitality environments;<\/li>
    • Excellent understanding of restaurant service standards and dining room operations;<\/li>
    • Good command of the English language;<\/li>
    • Knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered an advantage.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
