For more than ten years, it has been a benchmark for hospitality and dining in the local area, combining tradition, technical expertise, and innovation.<\/p>

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the main courses section, actively contributing to service quality and the efficient operation of the kitchen within a structured brigade environment.<\/p>

  • Independently manage the main courses section;<\/li>
  • Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in accordance with the restaurant\u2019s quality standards;<\/li>
  • Work across both \u00e0 la carte service and events\/banqueting operations;<\/li>
  • Coordinate effectively with the rest of the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service delivery;<\/li>
  • Oversee meat and fish preparation with a strong focus on quality and consistency;<\/li>
