We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to work in a young and stimulating environment, who enjoys organising events, engages with guests from the time of booking onwards and handles any feedback received on the restaurant\u2019s social media pages.<\/p>

Candidates should be detail-oriented, pleasant and active, able to handle reservations, generate quotes, check reviews each day, welcome guests and manage the tables, all with a focus on the guests.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

  • 2\u20133 years minimum experience in a similar role in hotels of a similar category;<\/li>
  • optimal organisation skills;<\/li>

  • good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);<\/li>
  • proficient at engaging and communicating, with a strong focus on customer relations;<\/li>
  • good knowledge of English and Italian;<\/li>
