L’Officina is the signature restaurant of Winter Garden Hotel, a four-star property located just a few minutes from Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport. Every day we welcome hotel guests, business and leisure travelers, as well as private and corporate events, delivering professional service with a strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
To expand our team, we are looking for Waiters/Waitresses to join us on an on-call basis under an intermittent employment contract.
The role
The successful candidate will be involved in front-of-house operations, contributing to service quality and ensuring an excellent guest experience during regular restaurant service, events, and banquets.
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the dining experience;
- Provide table service with professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy;
- Prepare and maintain the dining room setup and mise en place;
- Restore and organize service areas at the end of each shift;
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
- Support lunch, dinner, event, and banquet services;
- Contribute to maintaining the restaurant’s quality standards and service excellence.
Requirements
- Good command of the English language (B1/B2 level);
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered an advantage;
- Strong customer-service attitude and enjoyment of guest interaction;
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working schedule
- Rotating shifts covering lunch and dinner services;
- Indicative lunch shift: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM;
- Indicative dinner shift: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM;
- Scheduling planned according to restaurant operations and event requirements.
