L’Officina is the signature restaurant of Winter Garden Hotel, a well-established dining destination recognized for the quality of its culinary offering. For more than ten years, it has been a benchmark for hospitality and dining in the local area, combining tradition, technical expertise, and innovation.
To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a Chef de Partie specializing in the Main Courses section.
The role
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the main courses section, actively contributing to service quality and the efficient operation of the kitchen within a structured brigade environment.
- Independently manage the main courses section;
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s quality standards;
- Work across both à la carte service and events/banqueting operations;
- Coordinate effectively with the rest of the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service delivery;
- Oversee meat and fish preparation with a strong focus on quality and consistency;
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper management of the workstation.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role;
- Ability to manage an assigned section independently;
- Strong knowledge of meat and fish preparation techniques;
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards;
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach;
- Residence in the local area is preferred.
